1 visit per month
Scheduled property checks, small homeowner tasks as time permits, and written reports with photographs.
Standard
$250/month
2 visits per month
Scheduled property checks, small homeowner tasks as time permits, and written reports with photographs.
Premium
$430/month
4 visits per month

Up to one hour per visit, including small homeowner tasks as time permits
A written report and photographs following every visit
Travel within the service area is included.
Additional Charges
Extra time: $75/hour, billed in 15-minute increments
Travel beyond the service area: $0.75/km one way, plus HST, for distances past 10 km
Service area: within 10 km driving distance of the nearest Highway 101 exit between Middleton and Grand Pré.
All prices exclude HST. Additional travel charges may apply.
