Camp Opening or Closing
$220
Hike-in or canoe-in: $270
Includes up to 2 hours.
Additional time: $75/hour
Plus remote travel (see below) and materials
Remote Property Inspection
$150
Hike-in or canoe-in: $200
Includes up to 1 hour on site, with a written report and photos.
Plus remote travel (see below)
Remote Property Travel
$75/hour + $0.75/km
Travel is billed from when we leave our home base until the work at your property is complete, less the on-site time included in your service. The return trip is never billed. Mileage is round trip.
Hike-in or canoe-in properties (more than 1 km from where we can safely park) add $50 per service.
You always get a written quote before we go.
Property Protection Package
$300
Available exclusively to subscription clients.
General Repairs & Carpentry
$75/hour
Two-hour minimum, plus materials.
Storm & Emergency Call-Out
$175
First hour plus mileage.
Additional time: $75/hour.
